Abstract
Handwritten note in black ink is in regards to JCRS patient Sam Cohen. Note informs that since Cohen left the Sanatorium he has been working for Weinstein in a restaurant and bar trying to earn a living. Informs that Cohen needs a few dollars and has been in Denver for two years. Note informs Cohen wants $5.00 and was granted $5.00 on August 22, 1916. A second note at the bottom informs that Cohen will be provided $1.00 a week beginning September 10th.
