Letter from C.D. Spivak to Sallie Heineman, 1911 February 3
Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado to Mrs. Sallie Heineman in New York City, New York informs that Spivak is replying to Heineman's request for information regarding Mr. Joseph Klein, a former patient at the Sanatorium of the JCRS. Spivak informs that Mr. Klein was a patient of the Sanatorium from August 17th to October 17th 1910 but he left the institution of his own accord. Spivak informs that JCRS does not know where he obtained the means for transportation. Spivak also mentions that he has received a similar communication in November from Mr. J. Billikopf in Kansas City, Missouri. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
