Typed letter from Mrs. Sallie Heineman, agent of the United Hebrew Charities of the City of New York, in New York to JCRS in Denver, Colorado requests that JCRS please send records regarding to Mr. Joseph Klein. Informs that the recent patient of the Sanatorium arrived in New York two weeks ago and applied to her charity for aid. Informs that Klein is practically in the last stages of his disease and Heineman wishes to know through what sources he reached New York. Letter is signed in black ink by Mrs. Sallie Heineman.
