Overview

Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado to Mrs. Sallie Hineman [Sallie Heineman] in New York City, New York informs that Spivak has received Heineman's previous letter requesting information on the health of Jacob Silverstein. Informs that Mr. Silverstein left the Sanatorium under the date of December 21st of his own accord but that Jacob Silverstein is a very sick man and hardly improved during his stay at the JCRS Sanatorium. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
