Report from H. Schwatt, 1910 August 29
Typed report by H. Schwartt, Supt., Sanatorium JCRS, in which he states Harry Kotlarsky left the sanatorium with two suits of underwear, two suits of clothing, one pair of shoes, a 12x5 package, and several pairs of socks. He remarked he was going to "beat it" to New York over the bumpers. Report is unsigned.
