Receipt from Whitehead and Meyer Undertakers regarding the monetary amount for the shipment of Abe Axelrod's body to Dallas, Texas using a private ambulance service. The receipt first lists "Casket Box" with the word "Embalming" listed underneath for a price of $75.00. There is another item listed, but it is indecipherable and has a price of $42.00. The total on the receipt comes to $118 between the items listed, but then lists 30 cents off of the $118 for a new total of $117.70. The receipt is signed with Meyer's name and dated 5/11/10.
