Typed letter from C.D. Spivak to G. Belitzer detailing an enclosed death certificate as requested from the Jacob Frees Lodge #101. Spivak mentions that one dollar was used from the $22.18 that was left behind from Abe Axelrod to obtian the death certificate. He also mentions that the watch and ring was mailed to Jennie Axelrod.
