Letter from M. Kalisky to C.D. Spivak, 1910 March 29
Abstract
Typed letter from Miriam Kalisky to C.D. Spivak regarding the acceptance of Ben Lorenz into the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society. She mentions that friends of Lorenz have been paying for his boarding in Denver and requested extra influence in securing Lorenz's admission into the JCRS. She continues to persuade Spivak by mentioning that Lorenz is a fine young man who is very handy with a tool or spade, and can play the violin nicely. At the end of the letter she briefly says that she will send Mrs. Jennie Goodman from Chicago to Denver soon.
