The bottle is labeled "Helonia's Compound Cordial", "Prepared from unicorn root, squaw vine, cramp bark, blue cohosh", "Dose - One teaspoonful three times a day.", "From the Laboratory of The Wm S. Merrell Chemical Co. Manufacturing Chemists. Cincinatti.", among other information. The bottle is about one half (1/2) full of a dark substance.
