Sarah Diamond's Application for Admission to JCRS, 1910 April 17
Abstract
Application form of Sarah Diamond for admission as a patient to the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society. She was age 23 at the time of the application. She was born in Austria and immigrated to the United States in 1898. She lived in New York when she contracted tuberculosis. She had been sick for 3 years upon arrival to Denver, Colorado. She was married and had one child. Her occupation states she was a housewife. She was in National Jewish Hospital in New York City before applying for JCRS. The verso of the application states she was admitted as an emergency patient on April 17, 1910 and was discharged on June 1, 1910.
