Abstract

Application form of Rachel Goodman for admission as a patient to the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society. She was age 26 at the time of the application. She was born in Russia and immigrated to the United States in 1905. She lived in Boston Massachusetts when she contracted tuberculosis. She had been sick for 2 years upon arrival to Denver, Colorado. The verso of the application states she was admitted on June 1, 1910 and an emergency patient. She died on May 24, 1911.
