Letter from C.D. Spivak to Mrs. D. Slotnick, 1910 November 4
Typed letter from C.D. Spivak to Mrs. D. Slotnick. Spivak thanks Slotnick for donating her husband's belongings to the Isidore Hurwitz Library. He also noted that Mrs. Slotnick failed to address the funeral expenses which amount to $31.50 for the burial of David Slotnick. He tells Mrs. Slotnick that after he died they found $18.50 on his body. Spivak asks Mrs. Slotnick to pay the remaining balance of $13.00. Spivak informs her that as soon as JCRS receives the balance of $13.00, as well as $3.00 for the death certificate, he will send the certificate to her.
