Typed letter from C.D. Spivak to M. Goldstein informing him that his son, Harry Goldstein was invited for admission to the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society as an emergency patient. Spivak trusts that Goldstein's stay at JCRS will be beneficial for his health. He signs the letter "Secretary" at the bottom.
