Letter from J. Klein to C.D. Spivak, 1907 November 6
Typed letter from the grand secretary of the U.S. Grand Lodge Independent Order Sons of Jacob, Joseph Klein to C.D. Spivak. Klein tells Spivak that he delayed answering his previous letter because he wanted to meet with the executive board before responding. Klein regrets to inform Spivak that Scheiderman was suspended from Pennsylvania Lodge #2 for the “non-payment of his dues and assessments.” Klein informs Spivak that Schneiderman also joined another lodge and refers Spivak to Mr. N.B. Weiss who will be able to help Spivak. He also tells Spivak that he believes Scheiderman received $65.00 from his new lodge when he left Philadelphia for Denver. The letter is signed “Joseph Klein” at the bottom.
