Spivak to The Society of the United Hebrew Charities of Philadelphia informing them that Frank Schneiderman was invited for admission to the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society. Spivak understands that Schneiderman applied to the National Jewish Hospital but he was rejected. Spivak trusts that Schneiderman's stay at JCRS will be beneficial for his health. He signs the letter "Secretary" at the bottom.
