Letter from M. Sahud to C.D. Spivak, 1910 September 29
Letter from Dr. M. Sahud to C.D. Spivak. Sahud begins the letter by telling Spivak that the enclosed letter will help Spivak understand why he is writing to him. He also tells Spivak that he is sending a blank prescription note with his signature. He asks Spivak to fill out the note and give it Anna Hornstein. He tells Spivak that they should satisfy Hornstein’s request because this may be the last wish from the woman. He signs the letter, “M. Sahud” at the bottom.
