Tony and Elisa Trampler discuss their families' involvement to the Aspen Music Scene during the 1950's and 60's. They also discuss businesses, people, what Aspen looked like when they arrived, their parents careers over the years, and homes they lived in or visited.

Biographical / Historical
Tony Trampler was born in 1941 to Walter Trampler and Eleanor Bancroft Trampler. He had one sister, Janet, who died in 1969. Tony spent summers in Aspen starting in 1953 for his dad to play in the Aspen Music Festival (MAA). They left, and after his parents divorced and he had graduated high school his family (mother , sister and self) moved back to Aspen around 1958-59. He worked for Bil Dunaway printing the Aspen Times and drove a taxi for Little Percent Taxi. He married Eleisa Marsala on April 28, 1962 and has at least one son.
Biographical / Historical
Eleisa Trampler was born in new York City to Adele Girard and Joe Marsala circa 1940. Her parents were both Jazz musicians in New York, but as the music scene changed they decided to move out to Aspen, Colorado in the late 1940's. She left to attend school in California when she was 13 years old and then moved to Great Neck, Long Island for high school graduating in 1957. She married Tony Trampler on April 28, 1962 and has at least one son.
