Abstract

San Jose, New Mexico. A woman cook forgets to ask the priest how he wants his chicken prepared and sends a girl to church where the priest is saying mass. She asks him in a Gregorian chant how he wants his chicken prepared. In a responsorial manner (also using Gregorian chant), the priest tells her how the chicken is to be prepared. Music used in story. Quality: Good/Fair
