Fred Rosner's Application for Admission to JCRS, 1909 April 26
Application form of Fred Rosner for admission as a patient to the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society. He was age 42 at the time of the application. He was born in Austria and immigrated to the United States in 1890. He lived in New York City when he contracted tuberculosis. He had been sick for 1 year upon arrival to Denver, Colorado. He was married, but did not have any children. He also worked as a cap maker. He was in Bedford Station Hospital in New York City before applying for JCRS. He also belonged to the O.B.A #248 lodge. The verso of the application states he was admitted on May 13, 1909 and was discharged on October 18, 1909.
