Letter from Mrs. H. Shapiro to C.D. Spivak, 1909 April 13
Typed letter from Mrs. H. Shapiro of the New York Ladies Auxiliary of JCRS to C.D. Spivak. Mrs. Shapiro informs Spivak that a patient by the name of Mr. F. Rosner is about to leave for Denver to seek his lost health. Shapiro also tells Spivak that Rosner will have a letter with him that recommends his admission as soon as possible. Shapiro thanks Spivak in advance and signs the letter. There is a postscript asking Spivak to inform her if a patient by the name of Joseph Mottel was ever admitted because he was sent a long time ago.
