Fred Rosner's Application for Admission to JCRS, 1910 June 6
Application form of Fred Rosner for admission as a patient to the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society. He was age 46 at the time of his second application. He was born in Austria and immigrated to the United States in 1890. He lived in New York City when he contracted tuberculosis. He had been sick for 3 years. He was married, but did not have any children. He also worked as a cap maker. He was in a hospital in New York City, as well as a previous patient of JCRS. He also belonged to the O.B.A Admiral Schley #248 lodge. The verso of the application states he was admitted on June 24, 1910 and died on June 18, 1912.
