Typed letter from C.D. Spivak to N.P. Levin requesting that Jacob Lefkowitz be admitted as an emergency case to the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society. Spivak mentions that Dr. E. Friedman phoned him to urge JCRS to admit Lefkowitz as soon as possible. He signs the letter "Secretary" at the bottom.
