Letter and envelope from C.D. Spivak to C. Horwitz, 1910 July 5
Typed letter from C.D. Spivak to Clara Horwitz informing her that her husband, Isaac Horwitz was invited for admission to the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society. Spivak trusts that Horwitz’s stay at JCRS will be beneficial for his health. He signs the letter "Secretary" at the bottom. The envelope is addressed to Clara in Chicago, Illinois. There are several stamps regarding Clara's incorrect address; therefore, the letter was returned to JCRS.
