Letter from C.D. Spivak to C. Horwitz, 1910 August 24
Typed letter from C.D. Spivak to Clara Horwitz informing her that her husband, Isaac Horwitz was invited for admission to the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society. Spivak informs her that her original letter was returned to him as "'no such number.'" Spivak trusts that Horwitz’s stay at JCRS will be beneficial for his health. He signs the letter "Secretary" at the bottom.
