Letter from C.D. Spivak to I. Horwitz, 1911 March 23
Typed letter from C.D. Spivak to I. Horwitz. Spivak wrote on behalf of the Admission and Dismisson Committee to remind Horwitz that his stay at the sanatorium will expire on May 1st, 1911. He asked Horwitz to make all preparations needed to leave by that date. He also stated that he would like Horwitz to keep JCRS up to date regarding his health. He hopes that Horwitz is able to obtain light, outdoor employment and that his health continues to improve outside of the sanatorium. The letter is signed "Secretary" at the bottom.
