Abstract
Dorothy Trevino interviews Mrs. John Ismay about the early days of the Ismay Trading Post. Helen Skoog Sheek talks about her life in Mancos in the early 1900's. These interviews are part of a series of oral histories of early Mancos settlers recorded in the 1970's and intended to be part of the Mancos Public Library collection. Dorothy Trevino reads an essay by Maria Decker titled "A Child in Weber Canyon" about her childhood in the early 1900's in Weber Canyon.
