Abstract
Chris Whitacre reflects on her involvement with Historic Denver and writing a book about Molly Brown. Whitacre discusses Margaret Tobin Brown, "the Unsinkable Molly Brown," and her life in Denver. Discusses Brown's rags to riches story, moving to Leadville, surviving the Titanic sinking, and the myths that surround her story. Whitacre discusses the restoration of Molly Brown's Denver home by Historic Denver. Whitacre also discusses Justina Ford, the first Black woman physician in the Rocky Mountain region and her career in Denver.
