Abstract

Interview with Doug Tanner at the Max Tanner Ranch in Grouse Creek, 4 July 1985 (pt. 1): ranching; buckaroo clothing. Reel to reel 1/4" 1/2 track stereo (box says "tip to tip-Sennheiser 802"). Top cut off. Left and right channels seem to be out of phase until a large click happens at 02:05, when the channels become in-phase. High frequency ringing pitch occurs in places (tape box mentions wind chimes). Tail cut off. Total duration: 33 minutes.
