Letter from C.D. Spivak to J. Phillips, 1910 June 25
Typed letter from C.D. Spivak to Mrs. J. Phillips informing her that her husband Jacob Phillips was invited for admission to the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society as an emergency patient. Spivak assures her that Phillips’ stay at JCRS will be beneficial for his health. He signs the letter "Secretary" at the bottom.
