Letter from C.D. Spivak to N.P. Levin, 1910 June 27
Typed letter from C.D. Spivak to N.P Levin informing him that Joseph Saltzburg was invited for admission to the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society as an emergency case. Spivak informs Levin that Saltzburg was supposed to go to the Pacific Coast to recuperate his health, but he is too weak and suffers from fever; therefore, Spivak decided to admit him as an emergency patient. He signs the letter "Secretary" at the bottom.
