Handwritten letter from Mrs. Florence E. Shapiro to C.D. Spivak. Shapiro asks Spivak to kindly admit Max Cooper as a patient to JCRS as soon as he can because he is very ill. Shapiro appreciates any kindness shown towards Max from Spivak and signs the letter “Florence E. Shapiro, Sec’y” at the bottom.
