Handwritten letter from Dr. Samuel Levin to Dr. Charles Spivak, thanking him for admitting his sister, Jennie Spiegel, to the sanatorium. In the letter, he is thinking about why there are so many cases of Tuberculosis in Alliance. Levin thinks that it because there are so many people moving to Alliance from New York City.
