Letter from A. Levinson to C.D. Spivak, 1911 October 31
Handwritten letter from A. Levinson to C.D. Spivak. Levinson asked Spivak to kindly forward the requested death certificate. She told him that there was a money order for $2.00 enclosed in the letter as well. Levinson also informed Spivak that Mrs. Queen listed Spivak as an executor on her will and Levinson wanted to know what steps Spivak had taken towards her estate. She hoped that she was not asking for too much from Spivak and signed the letter, “Anna Levinson” at the bottom.
