Letter from C.D. Spivak F. Safro, 1911 February 23
Typed letter from C.D. Spivak to F. Safro. Spivak confirms that Mr. Marcou arrived to Denver and filed his application with JCRS. Spivak trusts that they will be able to admit him within the time he stated before. Spivak says that he was not aware that Marcou was sent from friends in Havana because Spivak did not hear anything from them. Spivak also appreciates the diplomatic steps that Safro has taken in consenting to pay for Marcou’s board. Spivak hopes to hear from him soon.
