Letter from C.D. Spivak to S. Roisner, 1910 August 03
Typed 2 pages letter from Dr. Charles Spivak to S. Roisner, St. Paul, Minnesota, in which he states the JCRS does not accept money from their patients, since it's a charitable institution. He says David Saltpeter should fill an application so he can be accepted as a patient. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at bottom.
