2 pages handwritten letter in ink from Charles Tamerson to Dr. Charles Spivak, in which he asks if Fannie Tamerson is in good health. He says she sends him telegrams saying she is not feeling well and asks him to visit her, but he doesn't have funds to do so. Letter is signed by Mr. and Mrs. C.S. Tamerson.
