Abstract
Box 295 contains documents related to the structure of HERS, and the board of directors meeting minutes. The labeled folders include: HERS Structure and Governance; By-Laws 2004; DU-HERS Relationship 2005; HERS Presidential Performance Goals 2009; Draft of Advisory Board Minutes May 15, 1975; Advisory Board 1979; Minutes HERS/WEST Exec. Board 6/19-20/1987; Advisory Board Meeting Minutes; Board Meeting Denver 9/10/2004; Meeting Minutes 2004-2006; and Board Meeting Minutes for several years, mainly the 2000s. This box is only about two-thirds full and will not be described down to folder level until the rest of the series has been organized.

Scope and Contents
The Higher Education Resource Services (HERS) records reflect the development of a successful women's organization. The collection contains papers generated by the HERS office from the three last decades of the twentieth century, including correspondence, memorandums, notes, reports, meeting minutes, financial statements, directories, resumes, newsletters, curriculum notebooks, conference announcements, conference evaluations, grant applications, journal articles, newspaper clippings, course catalogs, position announcements, mailing list cards, journals, published materials, ephemera and research materials. The materials date from the late 1960s to the mid-1990s.
