Herman Nagler's Application for Admission to JCRS, 1911 January 25
Third application form of Herman Nagler for admission as a patient to the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society. He was age 32 at the time of this application. He was born in Austria and immigrated to the United States in 1904. He lived in Portland, Oregon when he contracted tuberculosis. He had been sick for three years upon arrival to Denver, Colorado. His occupation states he worked as an iron moulder. The verso of the application states he was admitted on January 25, 1911 as an emergency case, and was discharged on February 14, 1911.
