 Item
Identifier: B002.01.0103.0139.00007

Overview

Copy of an affidavit from Dr. Schwatt. The affidavit certifies that upon examining Mr. Sass when he arrived to the sanatorium Schwatt did not find him right in his mind, judging from answers he provided about his health and general history. Schwatt states that their records cannot be relied on and agrees with the assistant secretary of JCRS, Mr. Yarros that Sass was not in his right mind when he made his application. Schwatt says that Sass was delirious upon his admission and died in that condition on January 29th, 1911.
