Abstract
Application form of Lena Boretz for admission as a patient to the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society. She was age 32 at the time of the application. She was born in Russia and immigrated to the United States in 1904. She lived in New York City when she contracted tuberculosis. She had been sick for seven years upon arrival to Denver, Colorado. She was married. Her occupation states she worked as a housewife. The verso of the application states she was admitted on January 6, 1911 as an emergency patient, and left the sanatorium on January 17, 1911. There is note that states she died at her home on January 24th, 1911.
