Abstract

Application form of Jennie Goldblatt for admission as a patient to the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society. She was age 23 at the time of the application. She was born in Russia and immigrated to the United States in 1908. She lived in New York City before leaving for Denver, but contracted tuberculosis in London, England. She had been sick for thirteen months upon arrival to Denver, Colorado. She was married and had two children. Her occupation states she worked as a housewife. The verso of the application states she was admitted on January 5, 1911 and was discharged on June 20, 1911.
