Typed letter from Dr. Charles Spivak to Mr. S.B. Lynchiz replying to his earlier letter and informing him that Louis Bernstein's condition has not improved much, despite the care and good treatment he has received at the Sanatorium. Bernstein has been given a dismissal effective the last of May, but his stay will be extended accordingly if necessary. As for material help, Bernstein has been receiving money from a fund sent by Cincinnati. JCRS has left a certain amount for the time he is discharged.
