Letter from N. Hirschberg to C.D. Spivak, 1910 December 3
Handwritten letter from N. Hirschberg to C.D. Spivak. Hirschberg explains to Spivak that he applied to the sanatorium about two weeks ago and was told that it would take a while to be admitted. Hirschberg explains that he has gotten treatment from the Jewish Hospital in Denver and began working after he left the hospital, but he still spits blood and feels ill. Hirschberg continues to explain that he has already spent the few dollars he saved from working on boarding and only has enough money to pay for boarding until December 10th, 1910. Hirschberg admits that he does not know what he is going to do while he waits for admission. He hopes that Spivak will take his case into consideration and admit him by the 10th of December.
