Handwritten letter from L. Baumgarten of the United Hebrew Charities to C.D. Spivak. Baumgarten enclosed a check for $13.80 to pay for the bill from Michaelson’s clothing. Baumgarten also asks Spivak how many residents of Washington D.C. have been helped by JCRS. Baumgarten tells Spivak that he would appreciate a prompt reply.
