Overview
Handwritten letter with JCRS letterhead from A. B. Lewin to Dr. Spivak, stating Hyman Weiner was never confined to bed, raised any temperature, and digestive opperation was in good order for the whole 5 months he was been in the sanatorium. His physical examination revealed slight envolvement, but he was capable to take care of himself outside sanatorium. Letter signed by A.B. Lewin.
