Box 28: Employment Policies, 1920 - 2008

Box contains documents related to personnel and employment policies at the University of Denver Libraries. These include employee manuals and memos as well as documents on affirmative action, core competencies, discipline, faculty grievance policies, faculty issues, information on personnel files, office of personnel and their presence at the libraries, organizational charts, orientation, personal/tuition waivers, personnel benefits and other policies, resignations, retirement, travel policies, and worker's compensation. Box also contains two files of the Penrose Library Notebook from 1974 and 1988-1989, which allowed staff to anonymously submit suggestions and complaints about the library.
