Abstract
Ed Thwaites was pastor of the Westminster Presbyterian Church for many years. Ali Joseph was director of staff relations for School District 50 and promoted to superintendent in late 1970's. Reverend Ed Thwaites talks of District 50 Religious Commission, Presbyterian Church, , launching of ACCESS [Adams County Coalition for Emergency Shelter Services] Ali Joseph speaks of the turnaround of the school districts decloning enrollment, teachers agreement, school bond issue-1979; computerization.
