Abstract

Wife of A.V. Wilson; Married A.V.Wilson December 23, 1923. Moved to Westminster in 1952, where they built their home by hand at 7450 Bradburn Blvd. Iva & A.V. had three children. Mrs. Wilson was a member of the charter convention in 1957 to write a city charter. A.V. was mayor of Westminster Aug. 1957 to Dec. 1957 following the resignation of Francis M. Day. Organizations: Friends of the Westminster Library, Westminster United Presbyterian Church, helped launch Westminster Meals on Wheels, among others.
