Letter from C.D. Spivak to L. Wolsey. Spivak tells Wolsey that Gutnick’s case is an extraordinary case that will require a lot of work. Spivak instructs Wolsey to write to Gutnick and tell him to travel to Denver so that he can fill out an application at his office. Spivak tells Wolsey that after the application has been filed he will have a definite answer about whether he can be admitted or not.
