Overview

Typed letter from C.D. Spivak to L. Wolsey. Spivak tells Wolsey that JCRS re-admitted Gutnick, but it is impossible to hold Gutnick in close custody. Spivak tells Wolsey that Gutnick will still have the ability to leave the grounds any time he wants to. Spivak hopes that Gutnick will not repeat his previous adventure.
